Student communication partnership launched: Appèl and RetailMedia.One join forces

Amsterdam, September 11. Retail media reach at secondary schools, vocational colleges, universities of applied sciences and universities is growing. RetailMedia.One is now partnering with Appèl, the leading caterer in Dutch education. This collaboration creates nationwide access to Gen-Z students, a target audience that is traditionally hard to reach via retail media.

Appèl communicates with students through digital screens in canteens, restaurants and hospitality areas at schools, colleges and campuses. These channels are used to inform students about menus and promotions, while encouraging healthier and more sustainable food choices. Together with RetailMedia.One, this narrowcasting network will now also be opened up for campaigns relevant to students, focusing on themes such as health, sustainability, careers and study orientation.
